I know you're just spilling over with curiosity from my "where is it?" picture. I didn't get any guesses so I think you all must not be very imaginative these days LOL
Well, I was just sitting in the car waiting for Michael to purchase his $6 coffee at Starbucks, watching all the peeps going in and out of Walmart with their many purchase and checking out the cars in line at McDonalds when lo and behold I looked up and saw this beautiful sunset. Can you believe it? Right in the middle of consumption heaven was this gorgeous offering from God.
I am really tring hard to change my critical nature. I do realize more and more how blessed I am. My days are full of small wonders and memorable moments. The skies are full of puffy clounds and singing birds. The trees are beautiful, even when their leaves have all fallen in my yard, woops getting critical again :0) Really though, I am working on it and learning to find beauty and happiness is the strangest of places..JPG)

I sort of know what you're talking about. Lately, I have been thinking a lot about the little things I used to do that make me so happy, but I don't take time for it anymore. Like bubble baths, listening to music (I have it going all the time, but I rarely just sit and enjoy it like I used to), going to the lake, writing, etc. I am going to have a crazy semester, and I've been trying to make a point of adding back that stuff that I really like. All these nice little things are readily available - just need to carpe the nice little things!
Oh man, I was going to guess but didn't yet. Wait...that is what I was going to say! You were in the car people watching and waiting for Michael to get coffee and you looked up and saw that sunset! I was right!
I feel ya on finding beauty and peace in even the most surprising places. It's a good thing you have those three boys to help you out there.
