I (Tammy) grew up knowing my Nanny but I don't have any great memories. She had been illf or a long time and just couldn't get about and interact normally.
Well, our guys have it really great too! They have a wonderful Nana, Papa Jerry, GG, Papa Michael and Great GG. They have great grandparents that they love to visit and spend time with.
We traveled to Dayton this past weekend to visit the boys' Great GG and their GG happened to be visiting also. They had the best time! They got to climb on Uncle Ray's tractor, see all their Pankratz cousins, eat Mexican food, video tape GG & Great GG - Connor got a video camera for Xmas - and play chase with the dog, Gracie, for hours.
Today we visited their Nana & Papa. Boy are they rotten when they leave there! They ate pizza and french fries, drove a scooter - almost knocking Nana off and just ran around like crazy heads. They giggled and smiled and laughed until they were exhausted!
A few weeks ago we spent the evening with Papa Michael at Fair Park. The park was covered in twinkling Christmas lights. We jumped on a decorated hay ride that took us all around the place and ate dinner at The Old Mill Inn. Papa Michael and the boys laughed and played. There are so many things to mess with at Fair Park - Papa Michael even fixed the Old Mill's water wheel - guess they can get back to the gra
