Grandma Pankratz's house

Yep, that's where we were. We visited Dayton a few weeks ago & had a wonderful time.

We always love hanging out with Grandma Pankratz.

Of course, we didn't mind catching up with Aunt Sheri, Uncle Ray, Kayla & Kristina. BUT......
I don't mind saying Brianna was the highlight - she is so darn cute!
