Weirdness exposed!

Today I witnessed something that left me with a really weird feeling. In case you didn't know, I worry a lot about what our kids are exposed to. I know that the boys are going to be out in the "real" world soon enough & I really want them to have as innocent a childhood as possible - who doesn't right??? Well, today we were exposed to a child who doesn't play by my rules!

So, straight to the story. Cayden bent over to pick up a crayon and the kid stuck a finger right in Cayden's booty. Not funny! Cayden didn't care for it & I was reeling! Okay, so I told the kid to keep hands to itself & we moved across the room. Cayden also told the kid it was in big trouble. He's no pushover! Then, I took the kids on a potty break and the same child pulled down its pants and tried to make another kid look at its private parts. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Not cool! Thank god my boys weren't involved in that incident or I would have been out the door.

For the next few hours I did my best to keep Cayden away from said child & thought obsessively about what Connor is going to be exposed to next month in school. I'm just going to have a nervous breakdown - don't tell my family though - I'm keeping my breakdown a secret from the boys - don't want them traumatized!
