Its Tofurkey..you jerk!

So, I've heard about Tofurkey for years. I thought it was just a joke. Then I saw it. I spotted it in a health food grocery store & laughed the first time. On mynext shopping trip, I just had to have it. It sat in my freezer for a few weeks & I laughed each time I saw it there. Finally, I decided to cook that baby up. What???? You actually have to let it thaw in the fridge for 24 hours , like a real turkey?!?!?! Okay, so there it sat in the fridge, for about another week......One day, I got crazy & cooked it up. I read the directions, basted it, added veggies, and placed it in the oven for a loooong time. It came out, smelling good and looking absolutely beautiful! I was impressed, both with myself & the tofurkey LOL We all sat down for dinner & dived in! We loved it. Well, Cayden didn't - he tasted a sliver & just about gagged BUT the rest of us (me, Michael & Connor) thought it was super grand.

Without any further description, here is Cayden with his new "jerk" haircut. He proclaimed it a "jerk" haircut 2 minutes after he saw himself in the mirror!
