Remeber that day? We had 11 inches here in Dallas - record snow fall for our area. Schools closed for the day & it was big fun outside in the neighborhood! We built snowmen,
shoveled snow (for fun),
threw snowballs, had snow fights with neighbors,
made snow angels and investigated snow with a microscope.
Supa fun!!!! Connor kept asking over & over, is this what it was like in New York. Our reply? Well....sort of.....maybe if you take our 11 inches times 10 for a few months BUT people can actually drive there in the snowy weather!
When the snow melted, Connor & Cayden guarded the last little patch, for hours. When it was gone, they cried. Oh, the pains of growing up. We had to remind them that they had some snow frozen in the freezer. Then, all was well.
