So, I don't remember doing book reports in 1st grade, but apparently at Con's school they do.
I would have never expected a 1st grade to do this but I'll tell you what, once Connor sat down, he sailed right through it. It sounded so daunting to him. Its been a serious chore to get him to read the book and then finally sit down tonight to do the 'report'. He is very capable of doing this work and so I'm glad his teacher assigns it. What an awesome year he's having - he's growing and changing and learning so much! We are blessed to have such wonderful boys and so excited that Cayden is going to attend the same school starting next year. Yahooooooo!

Wow...I'm surprised he had to do a book report this early also! It looked like a lot to do...that's really great that he is getting to do those kinds of things now though! Go, Connor!
