Ever heard of these guys? I hadn't until I listend to a news report yesterday on NPR. Just more proof of how humans can screw up the earth. The ever-spreading ever-worsening BP oil spill is wreaking havoc on our ocean and all the life in it. I feel so small & helpless!
Kemp's Ridley turtles are the most critically endangered sea turtle and scientists are out full force trying to save them. The oil spill is causing death and displacement of these turtles. These are not the only turtles affected by the oil spill read here for more.

I know. It just makes me sick when I see the sealife dead from the oil spill. I just hope they are more tenacious than humans.
