How do you like yours?

Okra that is.... I personally prefer mine deep fried with ketchup.
Some poeple like them rubbed with olive oil, salt and peppered and grilled, others like them in a gumbo stew dish and there are those odd balls who like them pickled. My littlest sis-in-law likes pickled okra & her big brother is on the never ending journey to make a good pickled okra.
So, last night, Michael made 3 jars ofpickled okra - they aren't ready so I can only report that they look beautiful - I'll have to get back to you on the crunch & taste

Jealous!! I LOVE pickled okra!! Are they refrigerator pickles??

Yum!!! I want me some pickled okra. You know a grape leaf makes them keep their green color.
