Once a boy scout, always a boy scout

I really get a kick out my kid's dad. He loves teaching the boys about something he happens to pass on the sidewalk.

While at the National Institute of Health, a few weeks back, in the midst of days full of doctor appointments and tests, Michael found a few things on the campus to investigate. We're a couple of nature lovers and we are definitely passing it on to our kids.

And......if you ever wonder if boy scouts really sticks with a guy, just take a look at my husband. He's full of outdoor lore and information, and some of it is actually useful! .
