Hi all. Wanted to let everyone know that Christy passed away last night. Our friend from FORM (Mastiff Rescue) took Christy into an emergency vet last night, they tried to operate but the tumor was interconnected within her stomach and intestines. She had to be put to sleep. Christy was the sweetest dog we had ever met & we were glad to be able to take care of her for even a short time. After Michael told Connor that Christy had not made it through surgery he seemed caught up in his little 5 yr old thoughts, then he said "When we get to heaven, we'll see Christy there." Kids can be so sweet!

We want to thank everyone who has helped us through our dog crisis these past 3 weeks. Thanks for your thoughts, prayers, financial donations, support & time. Sweet Christy touched our hearts more than we ever expected a dog to.

Christy should have weighed in around 120 (at the least) here she is next to a healthy Mastiff. The Mastiff organization FORM http://www.conceptsdesign.com/mastiff/ helped us out in every way possible and to them we owe a special thanks!
