So, a few weekend ago we took the boys to watch some good ole dirt track racing. What were their responses you ask???? Connor thought it was just too loud & Cayden thought it was cool "vroom vroom!!!!" When we got there the cars were just warming up and we wondered why all the kids were wearing ear phones - were their parents over protective??? were the kids just a bunch of sissies? Well, once those cars started racing, all together, and the volume went up about 20 notches, Michael was making a run for the concession stand where they sold earphones for a whopping $10 a pair. At least we have some now for all the other races we attend. Yeah right, this is the first time Michael had ever been and I hadn't been since I was 9. We do want to take Cayden to a Monster Truck show so we just have to keep up with the earphones until then. If you've ever been to our house, you know this no easy thing - our place is a mess! :0)

Oh man what fun! I see they got a speaker there in that last picture, is that so they can make the cars even louder? HA - that stuff must've been LOUD!
