A few days ago, I left the boys in the car while I ran back into the house to grab a forgotten item. I came back out, approximately 30 seconds later, to find Cayden hysterical and clawing at his 5 point seat harness and the door to the car wide open. Of course Connor was a calm and sedate as a little clam. Knowing my boys, I didn't freak out. Well, maybe for a brief second I though someone had tried to nab Cayden. So, I calmly shut his door and got into the car. Cayden had settled down so I calmly asked what the deal had been. Cayden told me, with a tear stained face, that his big brother told him that his Mom wasn't coming back out of the house because she had been eaten by aliens. Where do they come up with this crap????? I don't let my kids watch anything other than PBS and G rated shows, we monitor who they spend time with, read to them and make sure they eat 5 fruits and/or vegetables each day. Why are they still so normal?? I tried SO hard not to laugh but it was pretty dang funny!
These guys are too dang cute to be mischievous......yeah right!

And he fell for it? Ha! I figured he would have added in his own two cents about how the werewolves came in and fought the aliens or something else like what you would write in Mad Libs! I would have giggled too, tho.
