The Great Birthday Party Debate

Connor's birthday is coming up in about 2 months. Now the party planning begins. Of course, if you're going to have your party at a "place" you have to reserve in advance. Goodness, you would think that the world depends on choosing the *right* place. Connor loves the outdoors & wants to party at a park BUT not any of the parks from previous years. He also would like to have Mexican food catered BUT the cost of the park and the cost of the food are not in the party budget. Oh, the stress! What ever will he do? I suggested Chuck E Cheese & that was met with a resounding NO! I then suggested the skating rink, again NO! I really love skating parties - they're easy peasie for us parents. So, my vote stays with the skating rink. I guess, this will all be resolved at some point & then the world can continue to rotate.
