1. We added food color to ice trays.
2. Next, we took the ice trays outside & let them freeze.
3. Then, we filled cake pans with water, added our colored ice & took them back outside to freeze. We used a cup to make the "hanger"
4. Pop the frozen circle out of the pan.
5. grab a ribbon for tying up your sun catcher.
6. Warm your hands because they are now about to freeze off your arms
7. Run outside and hang your beautiful creation from a tree.
8. Enjoy!!!
I actually broke one while 'popping' it our of the pan. If you break it, just put it back in the pan, add a bit of water & refreeze. If it breaks a second time, like ours did, just take a broken piece & get your hubby to drill a hole in it.

That is sooooo clever and I know you all enjoyed discovering and making it. What a fun Mommie you are!! And lucky to have a hubby with a drill. :-)
